Our company is growing and we need experienced professionals to lend a hand. The job requires both administrative and clerical duties, so we\'re looking for a great all-around candidate. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and will prioritize details. We\'re also looking for a great communicator who can both listen and speak effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare accurate correspondence.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle details of travel arrangements.
  • Handle details of bookkeeping and billing.
  • Obtain and verify information from vendors, customers, and staff.
  • Update filing systems.
  • Process documents for payment and filing.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17.75-$23.75 per hour Benefits:
