Sales & Windshield Repair Technician

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Transport, set up, and manage a pop-up tent at assigned locations. Perform rock chip repairs (training provided). Proactively engage customers, explain the benefits of windshield repair, and close sales. Handle transactions and provide excellent customer service. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to attract more customers. Ensure all equipment is properly handled, stored, and transported. Provide daily updates and reports on work completed.
Requirements:
Strong sales and customer service skills - must be comfortable approaching people. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle with enough space for a pop-up tent and equipment. Ability to work independently and proactively. No prior windshield repair experience required - we provide full training.
Compensation:
Base pay + commission + performance-based bonuses. The more you sell, the more you earn!
