Sales Training & Events Manager

Job Description

The Sales Training & Events Manager I contributes to the development of impactful training content and execution of field enablement initiatives. This role supports the creation and maintenance of educational resources across live trainings and the Oleo app. Working collaboratively with internal teams, the Manager I ensures Brand Partners (BPs) have access to high-quality tools and programs that support their business growth.

Essential Functions:




Assist in the development of sales activation content for use in the Oleo app and at BP events. Help manage content updates, user experience improvements, and navigation structures in the app's training library. Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up communications for field-facing events and trainings. Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to align content with campaign and product launches. Support internal content review processes, ensuring consistency and alignment to strategy. Gather feedback from BPs and field leaders to guide continuous improvement. Track and report on training utilization and engagement data.



Skills & Qualifications:




Strong writing and communication skills. Detail-oriented and effective in organizing projects and timelines. Ability to learn and manage digital platforms and app content structures. Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a dynamic team setting. Experience in coordinating training or communication initiatives is a plus.



Preferred Education and Experience:




Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in training, content development, or marketing coordination. Experience supporting digital or app-based content is helpful.



Required Education and Experience:




Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a combination of education and 2-4 years of relevant experience.



Supervisory Responsibility:





This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.




Work Environment:





This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:





This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.



Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee's manager.

Physical Demands:





The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
