Territory Sales Representative -London Ontario Area (South-Western Ontario)
We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive
Outside Sales Representative
to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This role is perfect for an initiative-taker with a strong understanding of the sales process, CRM software, and prospecting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a team environment and be prepared to hit the road 3 to 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
Travel
to potential clients within our service area.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Represent company at
trade shows
and
customer events
.
Understand and empathize with partner pains to offer effective solutions.
Utilize &
CRM software
to track sales and client information.
Prospect potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales goals.
Critical thinking and problem solving for our partners and with our team.
Requirements
Proven experience in an outside sales role.
Minimum 3 years selling B to B exposure.
Familiarity with CRM software and the sales process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to travel and stay overnight as required.
Strong empathy skills with the ability to identify client needs and pains.
Competitive nature with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
