Sandhu Computers is a local tech shop specializing in computer and phone repairs, sales of laptops, tablets, and accessories, and expert customer service. We're looking for a motivated team member who loves technology and wants to help grow our store presence both in person and online.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with phone, tablet, and computer sales in-store
Diagnose and repair computers, laptops, and mobile phones
Check in customer repair jobs and provide repair updates
Create and post ads and videos on
TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
to promote the store
Help grow sales and build the store's reputation in Edmonton
Maintain organized displays and a clean work area
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of
phones, laptops, and computer repair
Strong
sales and communication skills
Friendly, customer-focused attitude
Comfortable using social media for advertising (TikTok, Facebook)
Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
