As our dealership expands, we are looking to build a strong, motivated, and polished Sales Team that knows how to present themselves, communicate confidently, and close deals ethically and effectively.

Position: Automotive Sales Consultant

We are seeking

experienced and professional

salespeople who understand what it means to represent a reputable brand. You must know how to dress appropriately, communicate clearly, and create a high-trust environment with every customer who walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and greet customers professionally, providing a welcoming dealership experience Conduct needs-assessment to match customers with the right vehicles Present inventory confidently with strong product knowledge Negotiate and close deals in a transparent, customer-focused manner Work closely with the Finance Office to ensure smooth deal flow Maintain accurate customer records in CRM Follow dealership processes and VSA guidelines Represent the dealership with a clean, professional appearance Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience

(used car experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presentation: well-groomed, confident, and polished Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships Knowledge of financing, lender programs, and basic approvals (an asset) Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
