Well established Vancouver based company is looking for a Sales Team Supervisor to join their team. This will be a temporary position (up to 12 weeks to start) with the possibility of it becoming longer term.

Pay rate: Up to $30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing inside and outside sales teams (up to 10 people).
• Provide regular coaching and timely feedback to achieve departmental sales goals and meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI's.
• Monitor calls for coaching and mentoring opportunities to increase sales
• Assist in sales conversations and provide on-call support to ensure successful account acquisition
• Direct and distribute new leads equally and according to correct region
• Participate in manager meetings to collaborate and share best practices with the team
• Support the field team with scheduling, pricing and negotiation, and completion of sale
• Manage daily activities such as: call logs, customer calls, pending deals, closed deals and deals lost
• Act as a liaison between the Sales Administrator and Field Sales Representatives regarding sales contracts
• Monitor employee metrics and implement performance management strategies
• Oversee appointments scheduled for the Field Sales Representatives
• Assist in resolving customer complaints

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales, call centre environments or a related field
• Previous supervisory/team lead experience
• Must have very high level of customer service skills
• Knowledge of Google Chrome, Microsoft Outlook and Windows
• Competent conflict management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills needed
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume environment and adapt to change
• Strong negotiation and sales tactics
• Coach, lead and develop a sales team
