This position is

not remote

Your Day-to-Day



Support daily operations and keep things running efficiently Coach, motivate, and support team members to succeed Engage and assist customers with care and professionalism Handle purchase processes and contribute to the best customer experience Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and department operations Participate in team meetings, and new hire training initiatives Step into leadership responsibilities to ensure sales goals are met

At least one year of experience in a people-focused role OR a strong desire to learn and sharpen your skills A strong sense of organization and the ability to juggle priorities Great communication skills and a natural ability to lead by example Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends A customer-first mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
