Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to guide and inspire our door-to-door sales team across the GTA.

This is a leadership role for a top performer who is ready to step up. You'll be responsible for driving team performance, coaching new reps, and leading by example in the field, all while enjoying the uncapped commission.

What You'll Do:

Mentor, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Lead daily field operations and strategize to hit team targets. Lead from the front by demonstrating effective sales techniques. Track team performance and provide constructive coaching. Foster a positive, driven, and successful team environment.
