Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Ensure a safe and tidy lot, cleaning, garbage, snow removal, etc.

Take pictures of vehicles, and post them with descriptions online as per written process

Keep enough fuel in all vehicles for test drives

Making sure all vehicles on lot are in good order, clean, operating properly, etc.

Dusting of showroom vehicles

Ensuring no empty parking spots in display vehicles on lot

Entering vehicles into dealer smart solutions

Ensure accurate price stickers in used vehicles

New and used car check-in

Deliver vehicles as needed

Other duties as instructed by management


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must be able to a manual standard transmission

Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment.

Good critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential.

Must be a good time manager and must be able to multi-task.

The ability to follow complex instructions is a plus.

Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions.


Experience


Previous photography experience is an asset

Must have a valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract.

Work Environment


Time is spent inside and outside of vehicles.

Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals.

Time is spent working outside in both very hot and very cold weather.

Must have required safety equipment.
