GENERAL SUMMARY
To help drive FedEx Express Canada's growth and enable Sales to achieve their strategic objectives by attracting and hiring the best talent in the marketplace. Using a consultative approach, works with Sales leaders to understand their business as well as developing and implementing/maintaining an effective and relevant recruitment strategy. Guides and supports Sales hiring managers through the recruitment process, including sourcing, phone interviews, the
selection decision, and managing the offer process

Educational Requirements
Post Secondary:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent (Human Resources, Marketing or Business preferred)
Professional accreditation/certification:
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)--preferred
Related Experience Requirements
Minimum number of years required for entry to this job
4 years of recruitment experience, of which two years 2 years recruiting for B2B Sales and/or equivalent sales experience is required.
