Acting as the Delivery Coordinator, supporting the Sales Team, your role will be a fantastic opportunity to start and build a career in the automotive industry. Your role is essential in supporting the Sales Team while creating an exceptional experience during vehicle delivery and new owner orientation.

Key Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate new vehicle deliveries in collaboration with the sales team Ensure all vehicles are fully prepped and presented to a high standard before delivery Walk customers through key vehicle features and connect them to Toyota online tools Review and complete all delivery-related documentation accurately Address customer questions or concerns during the delivery process Introduce customers to the service department to support long-term relationships Maintain a minimum 95% Connected Services enrollment rate Provide general administrative or delivery support as required


What You Bring:

Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Customer-focused attitude with a passion for service High school diploma or equivalent experience Valid G Class License with a clean driver's abstract OMVIC license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Comfortable with vehicle technology
