Job Summary:



Sales Support Specialist has a focus on selling the Anytime Fitness brand to prospective club patrons by responding to leads, following up and booking appointments. This is a remote part-time role (only weekends - 13 hours).

The ideal applicant will have a high level of customer service experience. A perfect fit if you are energetic and extroverted, with a dedication to customer satisfaction and a desire to enthusiastically represent the Anytime Fitness brand! Experience within the fitness industry is not a requirement.

This is a fully remote role.

FOR INITIAL TRAINING, the selected candidate may have to VISIT the club or the office

. TRAINING WILL BE A MIX OF IN-PERSON AND REMOTE (hybrid training, followed by fully remote role).

Scope of this role:

All three East locations- Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge & two West locations Ingersoll and Tillsongburg (remote)

Responsibilities/Duties:



Promptly respond to all new and follow-up leads (calls, chats, and emails) within 5-10 minutes to ensure timely and professional communication Qualify potential members, schedule club tours, and seamlessly hand off prospects to Club Managers for completion of the sales process Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including detailed notes on all lead and member interactions Support rebooking efforts for no-shows and manage weekend inquiries to maintain strong lead engagement Handle incoming cancellation calls by collecting member information and ensuring the Club Manager follows up promptly on the next business day Provide lead response support to Club Managers as needed to ensure no lead gets missed 2 to 4 meetings a month with the Regional manager for updates and coaching.

These meetings may happen over weekdays as per the time suitable for both parties.

Any work/meetings done on weekdays is paid at the same hourly rate

Salary

: $18.84 per hour with opportunity to earn

bonuses



Qualifications/Requirements:



Must be 18 years of age or older Weekend availability required - Timings:

Friday:

5 PM - 9 PM,

Sunday:

9 AM - 6 PM Prior customer service and/or sales experience required Passion for helping others Passion for fitness

Education and Experience:



High school diploma or equivalent required Proficiency with Google Suite Some experience using CRM is preferred Experience in fitness is an asset, but not required
