The Client Development Representative (CDR) plays a key role in supporting our Corporate Account Managers across Canada by driving client growth and delivering exceptional customer service across a defined territory. This role requires regular customer site visits and direct engagement with end-users to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and upsell product category solutions, across all business essentials categories, including stationery, furniture, technology, janitorial and breakroom supplies, educational, and printing and promotional products.
Our CDR role works in collaboration with Account Manager(s) and responsible for expanding & supporting customer sales and growth objectives. This is a target-carrying position that combines sales development activities with hands-on customer engagement at multiple account locations.
