Role Summary





RE/MAX Canada, the leading real estate franchise brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Market Analyst to support our Franchise Sales team. This role plays a critical part in expanding our franchise network through new franchise acquisitions and strategic mergers. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to Franchise Sales Directors by conducting market research, maintaining competitive intelligence, and managing the franchise sales CRM (Salesforce).


Key Responsibilities:




Sales Support




Provide day-to-day support to Franchise Sales Directors throughout the sales cycle. Maintain and enhance the Canadian franchise sales database, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, leads, and interactions. Identify and research residential, commercial and luxury brokerages and teams for potential franchise opportunities. Prepare detailed profiles of prospect firms, including ownership structure, office locations, agent productivity, and other relevant metrics. Assist with preparation and deployment of growth announcements (press releases, social media posts, internal communications) Assist in new franchise transition planning and onboarding

Market & Competitive Intelligence




Develop and maintain recurring reports on Canada-wide agent population, productivity, and key real estate indicators (e.g., CREA data). Track and report agent counts across major franchise brands in Canada using MLS, brand websites, and company sources. Conduct in-depth market research including: Local real estate transaction volumes Board and association details Competitive landscape analysis Emerging trends and news

Reporting & Analysis




Produce ad hoc reports and insights to support strategic decision-making. Continuously identify and integrate new sources of data and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications & Skills




Experience in market research, sales support, or data analysis (real estate industry and / or franchise experience preferred). Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Proficiency with social media platforms Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment with an expectation of working from the Canadian corporate offices in Toronto minimum three days per week.

Hire Range/Rate:





$76,000 - $80,000 CAD



Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
