NJM Packaging est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un ing\xc3\xa9nieur, soutien aux ventes pour rejoindre notre \xc3\xa9quipe en pleine croissance. Relevant du gestionnaire de l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie des applications, vous serez charg\xc3\xa9 de fournir un soutien technique au service des ventes et de d\xc3\xa9velopper des solutions qui r\xc3\xa9pondent aux besoins des clients et de l\'industrie tout en agissant comme principal agent de liaison entre l\'organisation et nos partenaires. Ce r\xc3\xb4le implique de travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec divers intervenants internes et externes pour maintenir et entretenir des relations solides, effectuer des propositions de projet et assurer la livraison de projet en temps opportun.

  • Agir en tant que liaison entre l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de vente interne NJM et nos fournisseurs de produits distribu\xc3\xa9s pour maintenir des relations solides, surveiller le processus d\'appel d\'offres et de soutien aux ventes et g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer une boucle de r\xc3\xa9troaction positive.
  • Visiter r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement les clients cl\xc3\xa9s et les fournisseurs de produits distribu\xc3\xa9s pour les soutenir dans le cycle de vente (en Am\xc3\xa9rique du Nord).
  • Anticiper et r\xc3\xa9soudre de mani\xc3\xa8re proactive tout probl\xc3\xa8me entre les fournisseurs et les clients.
  • Examiner les sp\xc3\xa9cifications des besoins des utilisateurs (User Requirement Specifications - URS) et les demandes de devis des clients et les envoyer aux ressources internes et externes appropri\xc3\xa9es.
  • Interagir avec les directeurs r\xc3\xa9gionaux des ventes ou les clients pour comprendre la port\xc3\xa9e du projet et estimer les co\xc3\xbbts.
  • Effectuer un examen d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9 des propositions de fournisseurs distribu\xc3\xa9es par rapport \xc3\xa0 l\'URS des clients et aux demandes de devis.
  • Recueillir toutes les informations sur les co\xc3\xbbts et pr\xc3\xa9parer les dossiers de soumission, y compris les devis pour r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Participer au d\xc3\xa9but du processus de vente par le biais d\'une offre, d\'une confirmation r\xc3\xa9ussie de l\'URS apr\xc3\xa8s r\xc3\xa9ception de la commande et du transfert \xc3\xa0 la gestion de projet et \xc3\xa0 l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie des syst\xc3\xa8mes.
  • Participer aux conceptions d\'implantation de machines ou de lignes d\'assemblage.
  • Coordonner et collaborer avec plusieurs ressources internes et externes, telles que l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie, la production, la direction, les fournisseurs, les directeurs r\xc3\xa9gionaux des ventes et les clients.

  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou dipl\xc3\xb4me dans une discipline d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie, plus 5 \xc3\xa0 10 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\'emballage pharmaceutique ou l\'\xc3\xa9quipement de fabrication et/ou Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie chimique, sp\xc3\xa9cifiquement ax\xc3\xa9 sur le traitement aseptique.
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication, tant en anglais qu\'en espagnol ou en italien. La ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais des affaires est un atout.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler dans un environnement dynamique et \xc3\xa0 collaborer avec de multiples ressources internes et externes.

is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Applications Engineering Manager who is responsible for providing technical support to the sales department and developing solutions that meet customer and industry requirements while acting as the primary liaison between the organization and our distributed products partners. This role involves working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong relationships, successful project proposals and timely project delivery.

  • Act as a liaison between internal NJM / ProMach sales team and our distributed product vendors to maintain strong relationships, monitor bid and sales support process and generate a positive feedback loop.
  • Visit key customers in North America and distributed product vendors on a regular basis to support in the sales cycle.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve any issues between vendors and clients.
  • Review customer User Requirement Specifications (URS) and quote requests and dispatch them to appropriate internal and external resources.
  • Interact with Regional Sales Managers or customers to understand project scope and estimate costs.
  • Conduct detailed review of distributed vendor proposals against customer URS and quote requests.
  • Collect all costing information and prepare bid packages, including generating quotes to meet customers\' needs.
  • Participate in the front end of the sales process through bid, successful confirmation of URS after receipt of order, and handover to project management and systems engineering.
  • Participate in machine or assembly line layout designs.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external resources, such as engineering, production, management, suppliers, Regional Sales Managers, and customers.

  • Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in an engineering discipline, plus 5 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging or manufacturing equipment or chemical engineering, specifically focused on aseptic processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and either Spanish or Italian. Business fluency in French is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple internal and external resources.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel would be an asset
  • Experience in project management of capital equipment (an asset).
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., FDA cGMP, ISPE GAMP5, ASME BPE, ISO 14644, GHS, EudraLex Vol 4 EU Annex 1).
  • Strong organization, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel in Europe and North America as needed estimated at 30%
