Sales Support Associate
. velofix is the largest consolidated network of Mobility service technicians consisting of over 135+ multi-unit locations across North America.velofix provides industry leading In-home services and support for both residential customers (B2C) and our commercial partners (B2B).
As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for the coordination, scheduling, documentation management, and customer satisfaction of the 200+ commercial customers we work with throughout Canada and the US. You will play a pivotal role in working alongside the Commercial Account Executive to help grow the commercial sales division for velofix. This role will contribute to the company's short- and long-range strategy. This role will report directly to the Commercial Account Executive - North America.
THE JOB:
Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Upsell products or services to increase revenue.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in data entry tasks to update customer information in the database.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage Signup management tool.
Work with other departments to get required documents (W9's, COI's, etc.)
Track all new sales orders.
Create Statements of Work.
Communicate, coordinate, and schedule service technicians.
? Proven experience in customer service and sales support.
? Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
? Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
? Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
? Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
? Previous experience in analyzing sales data is advantageous.
? Excellent software skills, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Effective time and priority management.
? Teamwork and proactive individual contribution.
? Self-starter and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
