With a continuously adapting industry, we are looking to expand our team by bringing a fresh perspective to take our clients to the next level. We are looking for a Sales Support Associate who has a passion for sales and a reputation of high-performance. Our Sales Support Associate role will be primarily responsible for communicating with new and existing customers, moving them through the sales pipeline, and creating referral business. We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate the organizational qualities necessary to manage multiple accounts, is adaptable when implementing business strategies, and has the solid interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, clients and fellow team members. The Sales Support Associate will also have a passion for helping others and be able to lead our team to exceed expectations. Sales Support Associate Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales goals individually and as a team as the primary liaison between our telecommunication clients and their customers
  • Develop action plans to increase productivity, develop strategies to differentiate products and services, increase sales ratios, and establish a strong team culture
  • Maintain different territories and successfully conduct outreaches to our client\xe2\x80\x99s customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by engaging with customers and actively listening to their needs
  • Attend weekly training sessions to strengthen your coaching, leadership, and sales abilities
  • Maintain new or existing client accounts and exceed sales targets for your territory
  • Understand the client\'s needs by actively listening and closing sales based on packages that meet their requirements
Sales Support Associate Qualifications:
  • 1-2 year experience in customer service, sales, or leadership role preferred
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to present information to all levels within the organization
  • Shown ability to build positive work relationships and work within a team
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and identify target audiences to increase the company\'s growth
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $48,092.00-$52,172.00 per year Day range:
  • Monday to Friday
