Role Description
This is a Part-time on-site role as a Sales Support Associate at Candoor Overhead Doors Ltd. The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for providing customer sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The role involves assisting the sales team with day-to-day tasks and coordinating sales efforts to meet customer needs.
Industry experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls accordingly/ take messages
Work closely with sales representative to support them in their sales processes and tasks
Read, review and analyze incoming sales related emails
Provide customer support
Prepare quotes for sales representative and send to clients
Gather supplier pricing based on sales representatives site takes offs
Complete pricing for clients
Help coordinate and schedule site meetings for sales team
Process new orders (this includes verifying customer sign off, collecting job deposits, getting customer company information for new clients etc)
Communicate with suppliers to check on lead times
Complete general sales administrative tasks (like but not limited too creating and updating price lists, contacting suppliers to ensure pricing is still valid, revise customer quotes)
Price and process wholesale orders
Coordinating shipping for wholesale orders
Log all company sales quotes
Track closing rate of quotes
Prepare monthly sales report
Perform company sales quote follow ups
Reach out to prospected clients and companies about our services
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication in English; over the phone and via email
Ability to work with Microsoft outlook, Word and Excel
People/ Customer Oriented
Self motivated/ driven individual
Ability to work alone and with a team
Punctual
Detail oriented
Organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Preferred 2-4 years experience in an sales support, customer service or administrative role
Previous garage door/ overhead door experience
