Sales Support Agent Live Order Entry

Job Description

Live Order Entry will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for customers. This position involves receiving sign-ups from different sales channels, confirming theses sign-ups over the phone with the customers, creating their accounts, and finalizing all necessary details to transition the customer to the next department. The role includes working on competitive intelligence tracking.


Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using customer management software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

Part-time position Weekend/Evening hours to accommodate customer schedules. Remote-based

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding data privacy and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Sign-up Confirmation:


+ Receive sign-ups from sales channels team.
+ Contact customers via phone to confirm their sign-up details.
+ Address any questions or concerns customer may have regarding their sign-up.

Customer Account Creation:


+ Create customer accounts in the company's system upon confirmation of sign-up.
+ Ensure all customer information's are accurately entered into the database.

Documentation Management:


+ Send any additional documentation required to confirm the sign-up.
+ Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion and return of documents.

Detail Finalization:


+ Finalize every detail to ensure the sign-up is complete and ready to the next department.
+ Create and manage ticket, ensuring all necessary information is included.

Competitive Intelligence:

+ Gather and analyze data on competitors.
+ Update competitive intelligence tracker.
