Live Order Entry will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for customers. This position involves receiving sign-ups from different sales channels, confirming theses sign-ups over the phone with the customers, creating their accounts, and finalizing all necessary details to transition the customer to the next department. The role includes working on competitive intelligence tracking.
