Assign sales staff to daily duties, ensuring adequate coverage for student inquiries, course registrations, and walk-in consultations.
Hire and train, or arrange training, for new sales staff members
Authorize payments, refunds, cheque transactions, and fee adjustments in accordance with ATTI policies.
Order merchandise and promotional materials.
Authorize return of merchandise or course-related materials, ensuring compliance with ATTI's refund and exchange policies.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales volumes, student admissions, merchandising, and staffing matters.
Resolve operational issues, including student requests, complaints, fee inquiries, and supply or scheduling shortages.
Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory of course materials, equipment, merchandise, and administrative supplies.
Perform the same customer-service and sales duties as the staff being supervised, including student advising, registration, and sales of programs/services.
