Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our retail sales team and oversee store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of sales management. This role involves supervising daily store activities, managing staff, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Duties
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and training. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement training & development programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in retail sales or store management is required. Strong background in sales. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
