Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our retail team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in retail management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of merchandising and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Supervise and mentor retail staff to enhance their performance and professional development. Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies. Drive sales initiatives through effective team management and customer engagement. Conduct recruiting, interviewing, and training of new employees to build a strong team. Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning to optimize store performance. Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and sales tracking. Implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase store visibility. Monitor store compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or sales supervision with a strong understanding of retail operations. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in administrative tasks including bookkeeping, payroll, and budgeting. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and pricing strategies to enhance product visibility. Ability to lead by example while fostering a positive team environment focused on collaboration. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of customer service principles with a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Pay: $17.75-$29.22 per hour
