Sales Supervisor

to lead our dynamic sales team to new heights.

Position Summary:

We're seeking an energetic and inspiring

Sales Supervisor

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being hands-on in the sales cycle. You'll play a key role in motivating and guiding our sales and telemarketing teams, helping them reach -- and exceed -- their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of telemarketing agents and sales representatives. Monitor team performance and implement strategies to maximize results. Actively participate in the sales cycle, supporting team members on calls and during negotiations. Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented work environment. Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement. Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve department sales goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a call center or telesales environment. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Passion for sales and a

hands-on

approach to management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience in the tobacco industry is a strong asset.
