We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the sales , ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of store presentation. Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and resolve any issues that may arise during their shopping experience. Monitor sales metrics and provide feedback to the team to drive improvement in performance. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer engagement. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.

Experience

Previous experience of at least 1 year in Retail sales. Experience in Tools and Hardware industry is an Asset. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience in administrative tasks related to store management, including cash handling and inventory control. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated ability in training development and team management is essential for success in this role. Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to motivate others to achieve sales goals is a plus.
