Job Summary



We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated team member to help run daily operations at our car parts store. This role includes assisting customers, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and keeping the store running smoothly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist walk-in customers with selecting parts and completing purchases. Respond to phone and online inquiries, including preparing and fulfilling orders. Keep the store and warehouse organized, clean, and well-stocked. Receive deliveries, restock shelves, and maintain inventory accuracy. Handle cash and card transactions at the till with accuracy. Prepare products for pickup or shipping as needed. Support store activities like promotions, displays, and seasonal organization. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary (training provided). Communicate any low stock, order issues, or customer concerns to the owners.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience in retail, warehouse, or sales settings is an asset. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage daily tasks Good communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions. Willingness to learn about automotive parts and product catalogues. Reliable, punctual, and takes initiative.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
