, is a powersports and marine dealership, seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recreational products and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and build relationships will be key to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Demonstrate product features and benefits, focusing on customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Upsell products by identifying opportunities based on customer preferences. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or follow-ups. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers. Upholding a professional, courteous, respectful, and ethical manner in all interactions. Participating in retail consumer shows, client events, and "Demo Day" events

Requirements

Minimum 3yrs Sales Experience

Class 5 driver's license and experience in towing boats/trailers are essential.

Knowledge and experience in operating various styles of boats, utv & atv's
