Please note: This is a 100% commission-based position.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate membership features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role or related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections.
