Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent who is driven, service-oriented, and looking to grow within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. At JJN Realty, you'll benefit from flexible commission splits, exclusive development project access, and hands-on support to help build a sustainable and profitable real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and cultivate relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors
Actively promote and sell exclusive pre-construction developments and new inventory
Conduct listing presentations, prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs), and secure listings
Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and sales events
Guide clients through the full transaction process, including offers, negotiations, and closings
Assist landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities, including commercial spaces
Stay up-to-date on market trends, zoning changes, and development plans within the Niagara Region
Leverage brokerage-provided CRM tools to manage your database, schedule follow-ups, and track leads
Collaborate with in-house marketing team to create engaging listing content and social media campaigns
Represent JJN Realty professionally at networking events, VIP sales launches, and industry functions
Contribute to the growth of the brokerage by sharing insights and supporting a team-focused culture
Continuously develop your skills through training sessions, mentorship, and workshops provided by the brokerage
Qualifications:
Valid Ontario Real Estate License (RECO)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and marketing tools
Reliable transportation and a valid Ontario driver's license
Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required
