Duties

Answer for incoming sales calls, emails, and texts Manage e-mail accounts, label and organize shared mailbox Greet, work with, and support all walk-in clients Provide a warm, attentive presence for clients Complete and present quotes to clients Solve problems effectively, in a timely manner Track and document leads Meet and exceed sales targets Communicate effectively with team members Ensuring customer communication is addressed Follow procedures and ongoing training Behave courteously and professionally at all times Use computer platforms as directed Express information accurately and concisely Become a product specialist, build product knowledge Pro-active investigation of customer needs Digitize and archive paperwork
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
