We're seeking a driven

Sales Specialist

who can generate new business, maintain strong customer relationships, and grow wholesale and retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to new leads and prospective clients across all business lines. Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners. Provide excellent customer service to drive repeat sales. Actively sell peppers, disc golf and pickleball products, vape lines, and production studio services. Hit weekly/monthly sales targets and report on results. Work with our Graphic Designer to get the creative assets needed for proposals, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Provide input on messaging for sales materials, flyers, or social media campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, including cold calling and closing deals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working across multiple industries. Experience with wholesale or B2B sales is a strong asset. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
