Norwood Sawmills is a worldwide leader in portable sawmills and is looking for an energetic self-motivated sales professional that is determined to set our customers up with the right mill for their sawing needs.

You have exceptional listening skills and the ability to read, react, and adapt your approach to the needs of our customers.

We want to set you up for success as an Sales Specialist! Our extensive hands-on training will give you all the tools and resources you will need to sell our products to our customers. After building a Norwood Sawmill during your training, you will become a fundamental part of the Customer Experience Team.

A typical day for an Inside Sales Specialist at Norwood:

Engage with new and existing customers to educate, consult, inform, and ultimately close the sale. Drive and exceed all sales targets by contacting provided leads daily, creating new opportunities through cold calling and following up on existing leads. Research and stay up to date on the competitive market place to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers at all times. Build relationships with the customers to understand their specific needs to provide them with suitable products. Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and their exclusive features. Assist with customer service-type inquiries related to operation of the sawmill, accessories, shipping and handling. Entirely virtual in nature (phone and email).
