Sales & Service Representative.

Position Overview

As a Sales and Service Representative, your service to members will power their financial goals and dreams. At StellerVista, excellent member service starts with listening and caring to the needs of our members so that they can make an informed decision based on customized advice.



StellerVista's sales goals and promotions are designed to ensure members receive proactive help to discover and obtain the products and services they need.



In this role, you will help members with their savings (in regular and registered accounts), loans, mortgages, lines of credit, and their accounts - ensuring they are in the best account for them. Plus, you will prepare and complete the documentation accurately and quickly, resulting in an easy, stress-free experience. You will follow our members through each stage of their lives so they will be ready for the next financial milestone.

(This position is a non-union position)

Schedule Description

Permanent Full-Time - 37 Hours per week

Monday: 9:00am - 4:30pm



Tuesday-Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Note:

These hours may be altered or increased due to operational requirements.



Travel between StellerVista branches (Elkford and Fernie) will be required.

Wage scale: $30.02 - $35.31 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications:

Do you have a secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately 4 years' related sales and service experience with a financial institution?



OR



Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
