to join our team in downtown Edmonton. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition through inbound leads and proactive outreach, while also playing a key role in client retention by stepping in to strengthen relationships when needed.
What You'll Do
Sell to qualified leads generated from our advertising campaigns.
Generate new leads through cold calling and cold emailing.
Manage and support relationships with existing clients, including stepping in to resolve concerns and reduce churn.
Work closely with our admin support team to ensure smooth day-to-day communication and service delivery.
Track and report on sales activities, retention efforts, and client feedback.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
A problem-solver who can think on their feet and turn around at-risk accounts.
Comfortable working in-person from our downtown Edmonton office.
