SALES AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS MANDATORY
Visiting and managing fleet accounts and Warranty companies Managing daily operation of facility Welcoming customers, discussing inquires either in person or on the phone Explaining and presenting our service to our clients after vehicle is diagnosed Develop repair estimates using cost of materials, supplies and labour Preparing repair orders and invoicing using computer system Ordering parts and competitively shopping suppliers Collecting payments and handling cash management system Organizing and maintaining customer service area and customer vehicles Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills are required to perform this job successfully Applicants with automotive knowledge preferred but not mandatoryFull training provided
Salary $55,000 and up depending on skill and experience
