motivated door-to-door sales reps

to join our team and help generate new business.

Role & Responsibilities

Go door-to-door in targeted neighbourhoods introducing North Grid Electric to homeowners. Educate homeowners on our services (EV charger installs, panel upgrades, pot lights, security systems). Collect homeowner information and set up estimates (no technical knowledge required). Represent the company with professionalism and energy.

Compensation

100% commission-based role. Earn per job sold (average commission per sale: $150-$500+). Flexible hours -- great for students, side hustlers, or motivated salespeople. Performance bonuses available.

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills. Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated. Experience in door-to-door or sales is an asset, but not required. Training provided. Must be comfortable working on commission-only structure.
