We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative, responsible for driving new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within their respective territory, and exceeding sales quotas to achieve company revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
Manage & develop territory for sustained revenue growth (prospecting/qualify new business)
Develop and drive a full pipeline of qualified sales prospects by cultivating internal and external networking partners, using direct marketing and telemarketing resources, in addition to personal prospecting and market/territory research.
Create prospects and demand for Canpaco supplies and services. Identify customer business needs. Develop company-based solutions.
Interface and engage with customer service on issues to ensure a positive ongoing selling relationship.
High level presentations to existing client base and prospects
Act as a business resource to the customer and provide "industry expert" executive level selling practices while delivering clear differentiation.
Create demand by understanding business challenges, by delivering entry point value statements, value propositions, and by identifying the key buying influences in a complex sales environment.
Develop sales strategy for complex accounts
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years sales experience
Excellent communication and networking skills
Access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license
Ability to prospect/qualify new business
Ability to present to each level of management
Ability to develop relationships at each level of management
Self-motivated with entrepreneurial skills, comfortable working with little direction
Previous related experience in the packaging industry a strong asset.
Sells beyond product/service to offering complete value added solutions
Proven ability to close
Working/Other Conditions:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
70% of the time travelling
