We have spent over three decades refining all aspects of our family-run business model. We have built lasting relationships with our partners that are based on caring, trust, and a mutual interest in protecting kids.

Careers with Community Safety Net are geared for long term. In fact, many of our team members have been with us for more than 15 years. We provide complete sales training, coaching, and support. And our team -- no matter where they are located -- are an important part of the CSN family.

Since 1989, Community Safety Net has been working with like-minded organizations and partners to help keep kids safe in rural communities across Canada and the United States. We work with local law enforcement, fire and emergency services to deliver valuable safety materials to young people and their families.

It's the role of our Safety Coordinators (sales reps) to enlist financial support from local businesses for these annual campaigns, which typically experience an 85% renewal rate. All past supporters, leads, and contact information is provided through our CRM.

Using CSN's proven methods, motivated Safety Coordinators help protect kids while making a successful living reflective of their efforts, dedication, and skill set. With a base salary plus commissions, reps can earn $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
