We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship management and strategic business development. This role requires a strong focus on both outside and inside sales, with an emphasis on B2B interactions. The Sales Representative will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to identify new business opportunities.
Manage existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques to showcase the value of our offerings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Engage in territory management to optimize coverage and maximize sales potential within assigned regions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development within a B2B environment.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales approaches.
3+ years experience in cabinetry or countertop sales
Familiarity with retail sales principles is a plus.
