Responsibilities:
Support entire Commercial Sales Division team Including directors, sales associates & satellite locations by answering any questions regarding products/sales within a 24 hour period Purchase order inquiries the request must be sent to the Inventory Analyst Vendors- All quotes request must be sent to the buyers and the purchasing coordinator Vendors- All item creation to be requested to the vendor and once receive it must be created in our internal systems; it must be signed off by Buyer & Inventory analyst. Once is created an email is sent to the team Core - send request to the inventory analyst to make the changes and order the product Must have excellent communication, written skills

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
