motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

Assist customers through the buying process with professionalism and care Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Stay current on Cadillac, Buick, and GMC product knowledge, features, and benefits Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets Follow up on leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, online) Provide a positive dealership experience and represent the brand with integrity

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience (automotive is a strong asset, but not required) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude Valid Manitoba driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
