We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Duties



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position our offerings. Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our products and services.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience in account management and business development is highly desirable. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is advantageous. Excellent negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Willingness to travel for outside sales activities as needed.
