Commission-Based Sales Representative

to drive new business development within the Winnipeg market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hunter-mentality individual who wants uncapped earning potential. You'll be the face of Digital Fort, building relationships and showcasing how our digital solutions can genuinely elevate local SMBs.

Key Responsibilities:



Local Business Development:

Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new small and medium-sized business clients within the Winnipeg metropolitan area.

Needs Assessment & Solution Selling:

Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Digital Fort's websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing tools can provide effective solutions.

Presentation & Pitching:

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals (in-person and virtually) that articulate the value proposition and ROI of our digital services.

Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted digital advisor.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation and initial contact through to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and the specific needs of Winnipeg SMBs.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.

Achieve & Exceed Targets:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We're Looking For:



Proven Sales Experience:

2+ years of successful outside sales or business development experience, ideally in digital services, advertising, or B2B solutions.

Local Winnipeg Presence:

Must reside in Winnipeg

and possess an in-depth understanding of the local business landscape and community.

Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle:

Essential for conducting regular in-person meetings and business development across Winnipeg.

Hunter Mentality:

A strong drive to prospect, cold call, and generate new leads independently.

Exceptional Communication:

Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex digital concepts to business owners.

Self-Motivated & Disciplined:

Ability to manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a 100% commission environment.

Digital Savvy:

Strong understanding of websites, mobile applications, SEO, social media marketing, and general digital marketing concepts.

Problem-Solver:

Ability to identify client pain points and tailor solutions that genuinely address their needs.

Resilience:

Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuit of sales goals.
