Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Skills
Proven experience in sales or business development with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Knowledge of account management practices and outside sales techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
