Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and driven In-Store Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with retail and sales experience--especially those who have also worked in a restaurant, commercial kitchen, or have a background as a cook or chef. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer practical recommendations will be key to your success.
In addition to your base salary, we offer a lucrative commission structure as well.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers and assist with product selection based on cooking styles and kitchen needs Share product knowledge and personal insights to educate and inspire customers Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately Restock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain clean, appealing displays Stay informed about new products, culinary trends, and seasonal promotions Support a positive and collaborative team environment Deliver outstanding customer service every day
Qualifications
Prior experience in retail and sales a plus Experience working in a restaurant, commercial kitchen, or as a cook/chef a plus Passion for cooking, food, and kitchen tools Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic inventory tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy store environment Able to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
