Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the selection of a vehicle both in person and online
Develop and maintain an ongoing list of potential customers
Cultivate a network of referrals: family members, neighbors, associates, previous customers, etc.
Involve yourself in the community and industry organizations or groups in an effort to promote yourself in the automobile business, and as a representative of the company
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as established by management
Reassure networking and repeat business
Continuously learn product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Qualifications:
OMVIC Certification (We can help you obtain)
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Exceptional Customer Service
Professional sales aptitude
Available to work flexible hours
