Inside Sales Representative

to help grow our property portfolio through proactive outreach and strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential property owners via email, phone, and online platforms Educate prospects on the benefits of our full-service short-term rental management Qualify leads and guide them through the onboarding and contract-signing process Maintain organized and up-to-date records in CRM software Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless property setup Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or short-term rental industries preferred Comfortable making outbound calls and handling cold/warm leads Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Tech-savvy and organized, with basic proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace Fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset) Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and commission-driven

Compensation

Commission-Based Structure

: No fixed base salary; income is performance-based

Average Earning Potential

: CAD $40,000-$100,000+ annually depending on performance
