Outside Sales Representative ( Base+Commission)

If you're motivated, great with people, and enjoy working independently, this role fits you well. We're expanding across Ontario and looking for confident, energetic individuals to join our Outside Sales team.
This position is focused on pre-booked in-home water sampling appointments. Our call centre handles the outreach and schedules the visit. Your role starts once the customer is expecting you.

What You'll Do

Attend scheduled appointments with homeowners who have already agreed to a water sampling test
Collect water samples following proper training and procedure
Document test information and submit samples to our lab or designated drop-off point
Review water test results with homeowners during follow-up visits
Explain possible issues found in the water and offer suitable solutions
Keep clear daily communication and reporting with your manager

You're confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with homeowners
You enjoy independence and being on the road
You communicate clearly and present information well
You're motivated by performance and earning potential
Experience in outside sales, customer service, or appointment-based roles is a strong asset

Requirements

Valid G driver's licence with 3 or more years of driving experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working independently and meeting daily appointment goals
Reliable, professional, and organized with reporting
Able to manage a structured route and maintain punctuality for appointments
