We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective outside sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a keen understanding of business development, and a passion for technology sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. Engage in B2B sales initiatives, identifying potential clients and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of achieving targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Experience in business development and account management within a B2B environment. Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable. Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
