As our business continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and professional Door-to-Door or Business-to-Business Sales Representatives to help drive our success.

Position Summary

We're seeking driven individuals to promote and sell our services directly to homeowners. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential--perfect for ambitious people eager to earn based on performance. Sales experience isn't necessary--we offer full training, marketing materials, and support to help you succeed.

Primary Responsibilities

Canvassing & Prospecting

: Visit residential areas and introduce homeowners to ReFix's service offerings.

Sales & Client Engagement

: Clearly communicate our services, respond to questions, and provide quotes.

Booking Appointments

: Schedule services and accurately record client information.

Lead Management & Follow-Up

: Use our sales app to track leads, monitor activity, and follow up on interest.

Client Relations

: Maintain professionalism and represent the ReFix Home Services brand with integrity.

Compensation & Perks

This position is fully commission-based, designed to reward strong performance:

15% commission on all sales. 18% commission once you reach $5,000 in sales. 20% commission once you reach $10,000 in sales.

Performance Bonuses

$100 bonus after hitting $5,000 in total sales. $200 bonus after hitting $10,000 in total sales. Referral Bonus: $50 for every successful hire you refer. Team Contests: Join special sales challenges for cash prizes and other rewards. Bi-Weekly Payments: Commissions are paid out every two weeks.

Compensation Note

Please note this is a commission-only role with no base salary. Earnings are 100% tied to performance.
